It is equipped with a Digital Door Lock. Smart Code will be provided. The code will be changed after checkout.

- Only registered guest are allowed to enter the unit or access the shared areas (Swimming Pool, Gym) of Shore2 Residences. Visitors may be entertained at the Grand Lobby.

- No Smoking policy is observed inside the Unit and all common areas. Fire Alarm is sensitive and can detect all smoke coming from the Unit. It will incur penalty of P 5,000.
