Perfectly designed for comfort and convenience, this 1-bedroom condo is your ideal home base whether you're visiting for business or leisure. Step into a clean, inviting space with a minimalist style and light wood accents, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

Unwind in the living area on the comfortable sofa bed and stream your favorite shows with high-speed Wi-Fi and included Netflix on the wall-mounted TV. The adjacent dining nook, with its charming round table and built-in bench seating, is perfect for enjoying a meal. In the morning, start your day right with a complimentary coffee from the Nespresso machine in the fully equipped kitchenette.

When it's time to rest, the cozy bedroom offers a full-sized bed for a peaceful night's sleep. The entire apartment is air-conditioned to ensure you stay cool and comfortable throughout your stay.

- Swimming Pool: A large outdoor pool is available for guest use daily from 6 AM to 10 PM. Please note that pool access requires a pass, which must be purchased from the building's Admin/Billing Office on the 2nd floor.

-- Pool Fee (Regular Days): Php 150 per person
-- Pool Fee (Holidays): Php 300 per person
-- For weekend check-ins, please inform us in advance so we can purchase passes on your behalf (cost can be added to your reservation or paid via GCash).
-- Proper swimming attire is strictly required.
-- The pool may be closed for maintenance by the building administration without prior notice. We are not liable for such closures.

Other things to note
- Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 2:00 PM and Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Self check-in is available. Please inform us in advance if you plan a late check-in.

- Early/Late Times: Early check-in or late check-out may be possible subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please confirm with us in advance.

- Guest ID Requirement: The building administration requires a valid government-issued photo ID for all guests to process the mandatory Guest Authorization Form. Please ensure your guest list is final upon booking.

- Reservation Changes: Any request to change the reservation date or guest list will incur a fee per alteration.

- Extra Guest Fee: The unit accommodates up to 4 guests. An additional fee of 350 pesos per night applies for each guest beyond the first two.

- Building Maintenance: Unexpected building maintenance (e.g., power, water, network, or pool) may occur. The unit owner is not liable for service interruptions caused by building management.
