5th Floor; Tuesday - Friday (excluding holidays); 8:00AM - 10:00PM

- Free use for 3 guests (₱300.00 per extra guest)
- Register at the concierge on the 5th floor
- Bring your own towel and change of clothes
- Please change to dry clothes in the shower room before going inside

Note: Close every Monday for Maintenance and Sanitation (maintenance is done next day when Monday is a holiday)

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY THE POOL IS ALLOWED FOR GUEST USE.

Other things to note
Please know that this condominium is situated in front of a bar area, and bar music and bass noises may be heard in the unit. If you are a light sleeper, I suggest finding another place to book.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR GARBAGE IN FRONT OF THE DOOR. (Fine: 10K)

WAIT FOR THE DOORBELL OF THE HOUSE KEEPING DURING THIS TIME:
- Garbage bags shall be collected/disposed of at the following schedules:
9AM to 12PM and 5PM to 9PM

- If you missed the collection hours, you can proceed to basement 5 MRF Room to dispose of your garbage

- Leaving garbage or any waste along the hallways, stairways, or any part of the common areas is strictly prohibited.

- Maximum guests and Visitors for this unit are Four (4) people.
