Located a 5min walk to everything Downtown Kannapolis has to offer, Mill Ridge Estate is TWO SEPERATE homes beside each other, perfect for your large family or group. Whether you are attending a concert at Village Park, enjoying the Christmas Lights show, going to a Cannon Ballers game, shopping in West Avenue District, or enjoying the Kannapolis nightlife, you will be comfortably located near all the excitement! Fully stocked and cozily decorated, come enjoy The Estate!

The space
All bedrooms are located on the upper level of each home. In both homes, the king bedroom is the main bedroom, with an attached bath and large closet. A fold away crib is located in each king bedroom closet. Please let us know if you would like it to be setup for your arrival! The queen room is located just down the hall from the king room. The bunk room has a bunk bed set which is a full over full in The Gray and a single over full in The Sage, as well as a single bed in both bunk rooms. The bunk rooms have a bookshelf with children's books and some toys!

You will have access to both homes, their respective garages, their patios, and overflow parking in the grass across the street.

Other things to note
This listing is the combination of two separate homes which are side by side and perfect for your large family or group. The homes are the exact same floorplan, but are decorated slightly differently. Both homes have high end finishes and are stocked with everything you could need during your stay!
