This sweet little hideaway is located in midtown, close to the Univ of AZ, Banner Hospital & downtown Tucson. The barrio style studio is apprx 300 sf w a bathroom, kitchen and private patio. The bright colors are reflective of Mexico charm. The large private patio area is quaint & plush w large trees, patio set, firepit, bbq grill, and a private parking space. The main room has a queen bed, lazy boy recliner & small dining area. This is a quiet established neighborhood. We allow friendly dogs.

The space
The galley kitchen has med size frig, apt size stove and oven, microwave, and most everything you need to cook for your stay. The main room has a queen bed, lazy boy recliner and desk/table for dining. The space has a faux fireplace heater and wall AC.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, white fluffy towels, and most toiletries needed for a short stay.

The kitchen has apartment size stove, oven , frig, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker. Pans, baking, measuring cups & spoons . Some spices , sugar, flour and coffee. Some condiments frig. Basics like ketchup mustard, mayo and olive oil. Sometimes depending on what the previous guests use.

There is a walgreens and dollar store within a half mile as well for last minute items.

Friendly dogs are welcome. If you have a cat to bring, please talk to us first, we have some special rules for cats that you would need to agree to.

We do not allow parties and absolutely no smoking in our home. NO SMOKING INSIDE.

Coffee & tea provided for a few days stay. Washer and Dryer available in the utility room near the carport is shared with the front house and hours are 8 am to 8 pm. Cleaning supplies and Vacuum are also in there.

Mountain and desert activities for hiking, skiing, shopping etc

Please note there are outdoor cameras on the property for everyone's protection. Tampering with them is not allowed and will result in terminating agreement.

Key box with code for flex check in (provided 2 days before check in).

Guest access
The hideaway is accessed through the alley off Fremont Ave. Turn down the alley alongside the rusty metal artistic fence. The entrance to the Hideaway says Hideaway just before the entrance on the left approx 50 feet down the alley. Park your car in the private spot reserved for the house. Your key will be located in the keybox located near the front door. The little grey box has a four digit code which will be given to you prior to your stay. Enter that code and retrieve your key for your stay.

Its a very quiet historic neighborhood, with established houses from 50's. There are several restaurants within a mile radius in neighborhood shopping centers. As well as the most popular local deli called the Sausage Deli. There are several grocery stores also in those centers.
