Our main listing is Middle Island Taupo, this is for beyond 6 month stays. Or for 3 bedroom whole house bookings.
We have done our best to make it as comfortable as your own home. 3 smart tvs, wifi etc. Huge deck for outdoor dining. Generous on site parking, 2 cars or car and trailer. Full kitchen.

This brand-new 3-bedroom home was thoughtfully designed as a comfortable, family-friendly BnB after the previous family home on the property was lost. It offers a warm, modern base for exploring Taupo with everything you need for a relaxed stay.
The Space
A fully equipped modern kitchen with quality appliances opens to a family dining area and a comfortable lounge/entertainment space featuring a large smart TV and reliable high-speed WiFi.
You’ll also find a separate laundry, a bathroom with both shower and bath, and a separate toilet for added convenience.
Sleeping Arrangements
Two master bedrooms: Each with a king bed, smart TV, air conditioning, strong WiFi, bedside tables and reading lights.
Parking & Outdoor
Ample off-street parking for two cars (or a car and trailer), plus a trickle EV charger.
Ideal for families looking for a practical, well-equipped and welcoming base in Taupo.

The new rear deck gets sun in the morning through till about 3 in afternoon.
Rubbish day is Tuesday Use a black plastic bag, with a council sticker on. Or use green bin and put out on wednesday early.
There are recycle bins outside back door.
Checkin is 3pm, checkout is 10am.

On bus route. Off and on road parks galore.

An easy walk to town or the beach. $10 taxi fare home if its chilly and dark.

Excellent 4 square across the road with everything you will need including alcohol. Open till 8.30 364 days a year
Gull gas station there as well.
