House vacation rentals in Taupō

Absolutely beautiful place to stay in a great location. House was private and had everything we needed. Also amazing mini golf & restaurant walking distance! Great walks to the lake also!

Second visit to this little cabin. It’s perfect for a couple of days away with our elderly German Shepherds. Fully fenced year and enough room for them to lay out on the grass or deck.

Warren and Thelma were wonderful hosts. Warren met us upon arrival and was always helpful, bringing us something if we needed it and helping with parking. Conversation with them was a pleasure. The house has many thoughtful touches like heated mattresses. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend the house and these hosts.

We loved this place. Great living area for socialising, well equipped kitchen, showers had awesome water pressure, several lovely areas to sit outdoors. Perfect for our family get together with some of us staying onsite and others in the town centre. And later some items we'd left behind were returned to us which we were grateful for.

Cozy and Comfortable! The spa was excellent after a long day and beds were comfortable. Friendly neighnbors too

Beautiful location. Great house for our two family home holiday. Stayed in April and the heating was lovely. The heated pool was a nice surprise. Plenty of private areas if you needed space. Having access to the walking track by the lake was fantastic. House is starting to need some love but still a very lovely stay.

Ruby was a great and was very proactive with instructions. The place was spacious and had great entertainment with the spa, pool, and pool table.

Would definitely recommend this accommodation. Great location easy walking distance to restaurants and shops, also very close to the lake. Bachcare was very quick to respond to any questions. Great communication. The only thing that would have made it slightly better was it was quite hot in the smaller bedroom. The only window was a skylight and there wasn't anyway to open it. The main bedroom was lovely though, air con and big windows.

Fantastic place to stay in Kinloch - walking distance to the lake, local tennis courts, playground and pump bike track...great for a family holiday. Beautiful modern home with all the bells & whistles and fantastic heated pool. Had everything we needed and also only 20 min drive to Taupo. Highly recommend.

I stayed here for Ironman New Zealand and it was everything I needed and more! Amazing place with very modern furnishings and space. Big backyard with only a 6 minute drive to town centre. Very quiet little neighbourhood with a Woolworth’s supermarket only a 10-15 minute walk or 4 minute drive. Fantastic place.

We had a lot of rain on our stay and Karyn’s place is so peaceful and cosy, looking out to the trees and listening to the birds it’s the perfect little getaway no matter the weather. Karyn was great to work with and very accommodating with any request. We will be back! Thank you ☺️

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it’s a great house. We stay here for a work event and it’s perfect because of the number of bedrooms, the space and the location.

We had a great weekend away at Ricky’s place. It was nice and quiet, a lovely home at stay at. I would recommend Ricky’s house to all my friends and family who are wanting a weekend away in Taupo.

Very nice house, well-equipped. Comfortable bedding. We enjoyed our stay and especially having breakfast with the family on the terrace overlooking a large wooded garden.

We stayed for one night while travelling down the North Island. The house was easy to access and was fully fenced which was ideal as we have a dog and 2 young children. The place was clean and tidy and was family friendly.

Great place for our work group to stay and be able to cater our own meal and have space to mix and mingle. Close to the lake and all amenities
