Conveniently located 15 minutes from Portland Jetport and 10 minutes from Old Port in downtown Portland, this newly renovated, charming, and sunny historic home is perfect for your Maine getaway. It is a fantastic home-base for exploring Southern and Midcoastal Maine while enjoying close proximity to Portland's award-winning restaurants and attractions as well as beautiful beaches, islands, museums, lighthouses, and much more.

The space
This property is located on Middle Rd in Falmouth. This 3 bedroom and 1.5 bath property is comfortable, impeccably clean, and has everything you will need during your stay. The house has been completely updated and contains a fully equipped kitchen and bright and relaxing living areas including a spacious sunroom with books and games. Throughout the home are nostalgic decorative touches like a vintage checkers board, 1920s typewriter (it works!), and a handmade seashell chandelier. This home is particularly suitable for families or small groups. The home has a Smart TV but you will need your own Netflix or other streaming service password. This home is professionally managed and cleaned with love and care.

We encourage guests to use a vehicle or ride share, as the property is not within walking distance of nearby amenities, and the through street does not have sidewalks.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home, but the garage is for owner use only. There is driveway parking for 4 vehicles.

Other things to note
This home is located on a through street with some traffic noise. We have noise machines available.

This home is not suitable/permitted for parties or events.

We have a grill on site, guests are fully responsible for the propane tank, and cleaning after use. We do not supply propane for tank, unless left by previous guests.

Our home comes with everything you need for your stay including:
- Fresh white linens and towels
- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap
- Cookware, plates, glasses, wine glasses, silverware, etc.
- French press and conical burr coffee grinder
- Limited selection of teas
- Sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, honey

- Pack and Play portable crib
