Luxury beach view villa in a quiet seaside village (Lo 3), south of Tuy Hoa. Located in a quiet beach village in Lo 3, south of Tuy Hoa city, the villa is just a 20-meter walk to the beach and close to one of Vietnam’s most beautiful coastal roads. The area is peaceful, non-touristic, and perfect for a relaxed yet high-quality lifestyle.

The villa features 3 king bedrooms and 1 queen loft bedroom, all spacious, bright, and thoughtfully designed.
The first-floor king bedroom offers abundant natural light and a private jacuzzi hot tub.
The second king bedroom includes sea views, a dedicated work desk and chair, and a jacuzzi hot tub.
The third king bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom, a large work desk, ergonomic chair, and two comfortable sofas—ideal for extended stays and remote work.
The loft bedroom features a queen bed, a single sofa, panoramic views, and direct access to the sea-view rooftop.

The living room is designed for real daily living, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable couch, and TV with Netflix. All beds, mattresses, pillows, linens, and towels are carefully selected to meet 4–5 star resort standards, ensuring exceptional comfort throughout your stay.

The sea-view rooftop includes both covered and open-air areas, allowing BBQs, dining, relaxation, or work in both sunny and rainy weather. The swimming pool features sun deck chairs with sunset views, creating a true resort-style atmosphere within your private villa.

The surroundings are highly convenient for everyday living.
