A great ground floor unit in a newly renovated, fenced, backyard guest house. Located in the historic neighborhood of Buena Vista, its only a 4 minute walk to the Miami Design District with countless great restaurants and designer brand name stores. Centrally located with museums, art attractions and bars all around, its also just a 12 minutes drive to South Beach! With a tastefully furnished interior, fully equipped kitchen and all-new appliances, I'm positive you'll enjoy your stay here
The space
This ground floor, air conditioned apartment has been fully renovated and modernized and can accommodate up to two guests. The spacious bedroom has ample natural light and is furnished with a modern queen size bed, wide-screen TV and plenty of closet space. The living room is equipped with a day bed, a small dining alcove and a flat-screen TV. There is a compact but fully equipped kitchen with all-new appliances to cook your favorite meals, as well as a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and all new fittings and fixtures.
Very responsive and helpful owners live in a unit in the backyard always available in case guests need anything.

The entire ground unit B is all yours to enjoy to yourselves. The backyard and side yard are shared with 2 other units.
