✦ The bedroom 3 has a forest and fog theme including a Queen bed and storage space
✦ Two full bathrooms await you with tub/shower combo
On the second floor, you'll love this magnificent open space with stunning views, featuring:
✦ Our kitchen area is fully equipped to enable you to cook great meals during your vacation. Crockery, utensils, glasses, dishes, pots, pans, food essentials are on site to make preparation easy. You'll even have access to a fondue kit and a raclette kit!
✦ Lounge area with smart TV (integrated roku system) and a sublime sofa! A magnificent wood-burning fireplace will warm your winter evenings!
✦ The dining area will delight you with its large, beautiful wooden table that can easily accommodate the whole family!

Guest access
✦ You'll have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, with the exception of a storage area.
✦ When you book with us, you'll receive a Guest Manual with all the important information you need to know about the chalet, plus addresses of relevant activities and stores nearby!
Other things to note
* CAMERAS *
There are security cameras outside the chalet that overlooks the entrance.
Parties are FORBIDDEN at the chalet. We also have a Noise Aware sound device to alert us if the sound level reaches a limit. We are counting on you to maintain a good relationship with the community at Domaine du Cerf.
*BARBECUE*
Due to cold weather during the winter months, our barbecue will be temporarily unavailable between November and April.
*FIREPLACE / LOGS*
There is an indoor fireplace and an outdoor fireplace at your disposal. I provide around 20 logs, so if you want to make multiple fires. you should bring some wood. You can buy some near the chalet, I will send you the address prior to your arrival.
The fire pit is not accessible from November until April.
*HOT TUB*
The hot tub is at your disposal all year long. You just need to bring your own towels for the hot tub.

*MUNICIPAL REGULATIONS*
You must respect the regulations put in place by the municipal council. It is forbidden to practice any outdoor activity that may generate noise between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. the next morning. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside. Guests cannot bring their own boats and put them on the lake. Thank you for understanding.
- Dog Friendly Rules:
We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our permission. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who did not respect our property, thank you for your understanding.
๏ Additional fees: $100 per stay per dog.
๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from a previous experience on Airbnb.
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Your dog must not exceed 40 lbs.
๏ The cottage must be left clean and in order to facilitate the work of the housekeeping team, it must not appear that a dog was present.
๏ Your dog must be "housebroken", and must under no circumstances gain access to bedrooms or climb on furniture.
๏ Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up after the dog at all times and keep the yard clean.
