By Private Vehicle:
From SLEX Sta. Rosa South Bound Exit turn left at Balibago Road; then turn right to WalterMart Sta. Rosa going to San Lorenzo Road and turn right to Ciudad de San Jose main entrance gate right before the Enchanted Kingdom; then turn left at the rotunda of Ciudad de San Jose.

For commuters from Alabang:
Take Van/UB Express at Festival Mall thru SLEX via Sta. Rosa Exit and get off at Walter Mart Sta. Rosa; then took a tricycle ride along San Lorenzo Road and got off at Ciudad de San Jose main entrance gate right before the Enchanted Kingdom. There’s a shuttle service that will take you to SJR with a transport fee of P10/pax.

⛱️ Booking Arrangements ⛱️
🌞 Booking Requests are done through our page or booking apps where we listed our property
🌞Please pay your full accommodation fees to secure your reservation. METACASA Staycations will not be responsible for reminding you. No full payment, No Reservation Policy.
⛱️ Rebooking/Request to reschedule ⛱️
🌞Rebooking should be done at least three (3) days prior to checking in, a rebooking fee of P500.00 will be charged by the host. We will only allow rebooking through a formal request sent via message to the booking app used to book your accommodation or through our page for direct booking. Please put on the subject: REBOOKING REQUEST. We do not acknowledge requests sent thru sms or phone calls.
🌞The reservation can be rebooked within six (6) months from the expected day of arrival.
🌞Rebooking is subject to availability.
🌞Rebooking does not apply for partial cancellations or No Show. Rebooking is acceptable if the booking is not yet subject to 100% cancellation charge.
🌞Guests can only reschedule once. Further requests will not be accommodated.
⛱️ Cancellation Policy ⛱️
🌞Cancellation is subject to policies of the booking app where you booked or made reservations. We do not entertain cancellations made through phone calls and text messages especially if you availed the “no cancellation discount”. All transactions should be made and coursed through the app.
🌞METACASA Staycations direct reservations are allowed to cancel and get 100% full refund if cancellation was made at least fifteen (15) days prior to check in. Cancellations made close to check in date, and in case of no show - the full amount of booking shall be collected.
🌞Hosts shall not be held liable for cancelled flights or bus delays/cancellation, late Enchanted Kingdom (EK) announcement of closure to the public (checking EK’s schedule is the responsibility of the guests), or other unwanted and unforeseen scenarios. Host may provide the option to rebook/reschedule, but a refund will not be allowed. Rebooking policy shall apply.

We will not collect Refundable Security Deposit for Airbnb/Bookingcom bookings, however we would like to request to please take care of the unit and its belongings. In case of accidental damages, lost/missing items will be paid with the value in its brand new state/packing or repair value. If guests will not/cannot settle this before check out, these charges shall be reported to Airbnb/Booking.

💂For Security reasons, CDSJ Main gate will close its gates for Incoming Guests, TNV operators (Grab/Lalamove/Ankas/Joyride) and Food Delivery Service Providers (Grab Food/Food Panda) from 10PM-5AM. Food Deliveries and Transport services are affected so please be guided accordingly.

🚙 CDSJ Shuttle Service is available from 5:00 AM until 9:00PM only. Please manage your time of arrival and departure.

📞 You can reach us through the booking or messaging app and can assist you until 10pm only. Please call in case of emergency.

✅House Rules 🏠:

1. Observe CHECK IN & CHECK OUT time as well as the cut off hours of entry to premises and food delivery services.

2. Light cooking is allowed, but avoid heating aromatic food to prevent lingering smells. Kindly avoid throwing oils down the kitchen sink. It can cause clogs and damage the plumbing

3. Kindly check appliances and report any malfunction or defective units ASAP. All units will be deemed operating and in good condition if reported upon check out.

4. No parties/events allowed. Quiet time is 10PM-5AM.

5. During your stay, please
😊Turn on the stand fan together with the AC for air circulation. (due to building structure location of AC)
☺️Hang wet towels
😊Do not throw tissues in the toilet bowl
😊Do not use bath towels as rag - we will charge soiled/marked towels
😊Do not pee on the bathroom walls
😊Kindly leave your outdoor shoes on the shoe rack provided. Indoor slippers are provided and included in the complementaries.
😊Kindly take good care of the unit and everything within it. :)

6. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED (in the Condo Unit and Balcony). Smoking area is near Passerbuy Convenience Store

7. Please always lock up. The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.

8. To help prevent any future issues, please be mindful of any charges that guests may incur:

⚠️ Guests will be charged Php500 for lost keys, P600 for damaged lock box.
⚠️ Deeply stained and lost towels will be charged P350/towel. This will be used to buy a replacement.
⚠️ Stained sofa covers will be charged P350 for the laundry.
⚠️ Refrain from eating and drinking in the sofa or bed, P2,000/furniture will be charged for the deep cleaning of bed/sofa.
⚠️ Stains on bed (pee, coffee, chocolate, soup, blood, oils & lubricants) will be charged P1,000
⚠️ Actual cost of items will be charged for missing and damaged items, and replacement of new sofa covers/ bedsheets/duvet cover/pillowcase/bedspread if damaged or if with stains that cannot be removed by laundry.
⚠️ Kindly use wooden heat pads for hot cookwares. P2,000 will be charged for replacement of the table and P1,000 for each damaged chair

9. Possession of illegal substances anywhere inside the property is strictly prohibited.

10. Self Check-Out Instructions
✅ Please leave the keys in the lockbox
✅Kindly ensure that all windows and doors are securely closed.
✅Turn off all appliances and electronic devices (except refrigerator )
✅If you used any kitchen items, kindly clean and return them to their original places. You may leave wet items in the dish drainer.
✅Kindly leave your properly sealed garbage bags inside the trash bin that can be found at the balcony. We will assist you with the disposal to the designated areas of SJR.
✅Please take all personal belongings with you.
✅Pay necessary fees and charges to the host (through cash or GCASH)

🚗Parking- if you availed our rented parking space, kindly settle your parking fee of P200/night.
⚠️ Damages and penalties (damaged or stained appliances, furnitures, beddings, etc)

Guests may request cleaning in between stays, with a charge of P350/cleaning request. Kindly message your host a day before your desired cleaning day.

Please be kind and patient with your hosts. We are offering our unit for staycation, we are not a HOTEL, kindly manage expectations.
