The attending staff will check the unit from to time to verify that the number of persons booked are the same number of persons who are staying in the unit. Violation of this rule will give the host the right to evict at once the renter and his/her group from the premises without any refund.

Time should strictly be at 11:00AM. Inform us if you wish to extend or have a late check-out subject for availability.

We appreciate if you will take out the trash and wash the dishes before checking out but not compulsory. Garbage area is right to the end of the hallway.

Ensure that all appliances are turned off, windows are locked, and the keys are left at the mailbox.
