Welcome to Meraki Chalet, your riverside retreat in Val-Morin, just 1 hour from Montreal. In winter, enjoy the large 9-seat covered hot tub, warm up around the outdoor fireplace, or explore our 500 m of private trails. For skiing, Belle Neige and Mont Saint-Sauveur are nearby. With 4 bedrooms, large spaces and a capacity of 14 people, the chalet is ideal for families and friends looking for comfort and a warm getaway in the Laurentians.

The space
Meraki Chalet is a three-story riverside retreat, designed to bring family and friends together. Here's what you'll find inside:

Ground floor
Bright and spacious, with cathedral ceiling and large windows overlooking the mountains and courtyard.
- 2 bedrooms: Each with king size bed for a restful sleep.
- Bathroom: Full bathroom with shower and bathtub.
- Living/Dining/Kitchen: Open area, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for group meals.
- Balcony: Go out for a BBQ and enjoy the view.

Floor
A warm loft overlooking the main area.
- Bedroom: A closed bedroom with a queen size bed.

Basement

Other things to note
Firewood: Available at the local convenience store for about $10/bundle (closes at 7 p.m.).

Wildlife: Deer often visit the grounds. Pleasant to observe, but please do not feed them and be careful when exploring.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with plates, glasses, utensils, pots, pans and some basic spices. You will find a Keurig coffee maker and a percolator. Remember to bring your essentials such as coffee, oil, vinegar, aluminum foil and plastic wrap.

Family equipment: A baby park is available. Guests must bring their own travel mattress (if desired) and sheets.

Bedding: Provided according to occupancy (2 people per bed). If you are less than 10 but want more than 5 beds prepared, please let us know at least 3 days before check-in.

Winter driving: The entrance is sloping. It is cleared of snow, but we recommend a 4x4 vehicle during the winter.

Safety: For safety reasons, do not walk on the frozen river. The chalet is equipped with Ring video doorbells and outdoor cameras covering only the entrances, driveway and backyard.

Basement: Ceiling height under 7 ft.

Seasonal equipment: Dock, kayaks and paddle boards available from June 15 to October 1.
