Welcome to Meraki Chalet, a riverside escape in Val-Morin, one hour from Montreal. Set on 1.5 private acres along the calm North River, this three-level chalet is built for big groups who want to truly unwind. Come spring and summer: launch kayaks from the private dock, paddle the river, hike the forest trails, and end every evening in the covered 9-seat hot tub. Sleeps up to 14.

Main Floor
Bright and open with cathedral ceilings and big windows facing the mountains and backyard.

- Full bathroom with shower and tub.
- Living/Dining/Kitchen: open concept, fully stocked, made for group meals.
- Balcony: BBQ and mountain air.

Second Floor
Cozy loft area overlooking the main space.
- 1 Bedroom: private room with a queen bed.
- Bathroom with shower.

Basement
The hangout hub, especially after a day outdoors (note: ceilings just under 7 ft).
- 1 Bedroom: 2 queen beds, great for families or friends.
- Large bathroom with double shower.
- Second living room with TV, foosball, and board games.
- Direct access to the covered 9-seat hot tub.

Guest access
The entire chalet and 1.5-acre riverside property is yours, complete privacy with no shared spaces.

Other things to note
Dock and water gear: available June 1 to October 1. Life jackets included for all kayaks and paddleboards.

Firewood: available at the local convenience store for about $10/bundle (closes at 7 PM).

Kitchen: fully stocked with plates, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and basic spices. Both a Keurig and a percolator are provided. Please bring your own coffee, oil, vinegar, foil, and plastic wrap.

Family gear: high chair and playpen provided. Bring your own travel mattress and sheets for the playpen if needed.

Linens: provided based on occupancy (2 guests per bed). If you need more than 5 beds made up for under 10 guests, let us know at least 3 days before check-in.

Basement: ceilings just under 7 ft.

Wildlife: deer visit the property often. Please don't feed them and keep an eye on little ones near the riverbank.

Winter driving: the driveway is steep and plowed, but a 4WD vehicle is recommended during snowy months.

Safety: please do not walk on the frozen river in winter. Ring video doorbells at entrances; exterior cameras cover the driveway and backyard only.
