Indoor Gas Fireplace – Available seasonally (September–May). During summer months, enjoy the outdoor gas fireplace on the deck and the fire pit with complimentary s’mores.

Hot Tub Waiver Required: Guest must review and sign the hot tub liability waiver prior to use.

2 dog limit with extra fee of $250
4 car parking limit during Winter months only.
14 guest maximum anyone over this will be charged a $100 fee each guest over the max per night.
