The space
This is a Narnia themed luxurious castle stay where you can let your imagination come alive, and even dress up to re-live the lives of the kings and queens of old, or venture into a magical wardrobe that takes you right into Narnia!
Lose yourself wandering the castle gardens, filled with relics to spark wonder and awe. Unleash the royalty within as you stroll through the castle’s elegant stone gardens, pass under the arches from ages past, or pledge allegiance to the 10-foot medieval knight standing guard at the entry to this magical forest. Fight a flying dragon, or awaken the tree spirit carved into a living tree. Time travel is always possible amidst the legendary stones of the Forgotten Forest, right in the castle’s backyard.
But don’t let the ambience of antiquity fool you… The Medieval Splendor Castle is a mystery that defies the boundaries of time, possessing both the relics of ages past alongside the joys & conveniences of modern life. Take, for instance, the shiatsu massage chair, 4 large-screen smart TVs, a bluetooth streaming LG sound bar, an arcade with 14 classic games, and much more!
With three generous bedrooms, six beds, a sleeper sofa, as well as a luxuriously appointed large living and dining area, the Medieval Splendor Castle is designed with royalty in mind. A heavy, intricately carved dining table is perfect to hold a feast made with whatever beast slain that day, offering plenty of seating for a small garrison. The grand stone fireplace is central to the opulent living area, great for gatherings to talk of conquests or just a quiet evening after dropping your swords and shields. If you must momentarily zap back to reality and attend to your laptop, we have you covered with a vintage regal desk, ergonomic chair, and high-speed internet.
The primary bedroom is designed for your royal highness, with an ensuite full bath, and a gorgeously carved romantic king poster bed next to vintage tapestry decor. This bedroom offers an unhindered view of the castle gardens and stone circle, and there is simply no better place to end the evening after a glorious day at the Forest. The second bedroom is just as magnificent. A masterfully crafted space sure to appease the most finicky taste in castle decor, complete with canopy queen bed for a night of mysterious sweet dreams. Don’t be surprised if you find royal costumes in your closets… dress up if you dare and journey back in your own fairy tale to that “kingdom far away, once upon a time…”
For the handmaids, butlers, children, dwarves and less magical folks, the third-floor bedroom offers 2 twin hickory bunk beds crafted by skilled elves. This tower-top quarter is the imagination station for boisterous revelry and games which will surely be inspiration for many stories for years to come, of the special time they once enjoyed here at the Forgotten Forest.
In the exquisite stone kitchen, victorious knights or adventurers returning with the spoils of the day’s conquests will be treated to meals worthy of their valor. Stocked with every tool a master chef would require, no belly will be left unfulfilled atthe Medieval Splendor Castle and all shall devour a delicious feast that will prepare them to take on the next adventure.
Leave your worries and cares to your royal subjects during your sojourn into the Forgotten Forest and let your spirit soar as you live the adventure you deserve for a night––or fortnight. And yes, you will want to come back again and again, for a rendezvous with the enchanting memories you left behind.
