Masanting Unit – your peaceful escape in Baguio City! 🌿
This 2-bed, 1-bath condo is perfect for those seeking a quiet retreat away from the city noise but still within easy commuting distance to the city’s attractions. Enjoy the cool breeze, a cozy queen bed, a sofa bed, and a veranda for peaceful mornings. With a fully equipped kitchen and modern amenities, it’s an ideal spot for couples, families, or solo travelers. We have our own standard netflix account logged in so you can watch movies.
The space
This is a fully furnished studio unit with a balcony. It is located in the Carezza Building of the Moldex Residences Complex. It is located on Lower Ground 1 but it still offers views of the other buillings and mountainscape. An elevator can be used to go from Ground Level to Lower Ground 1 (G1 Button).
Guest access
A keybox is installed on the door. Instructions on how to open it can be seen on the welcome message that we have sent prior to check in. Code will also be sent the same manner.
Other things to note
PARKING | Effective June 1, 2025
For the 2nd half of 2025, Moldex Developer will be repairing majority of the parking spaces. So it will be very limited.
Parking is on first-come, first-serve basis. Parking fees will be collected by the guard upon exit. Rates are as follows :
Motorcycle : Php 10.00/hour
Four- wheeled vehicle : Php 15.00/hour

Please understand that same day booking for this Unit may need approval from Building Admin. Processing of applications by their staff is usually between 12 PM to 2 PM only and late reservations may no longer be approved. It may also need a manual approval from us. It is probable that we cannot schedule housekeeping due to availability of housekeeper or current guest not checking out on time. Always consult with our customer support prior to booking. We also reserve the right to decline same day requests if it is not possible for our manpower.
SMOKING AND VAPING IN-UNIT
This is a high offence. Guests leaving trails of smoking cigarette, weed, or vaping will be charge AT LEAST PHP 2,500 or more depending on the severity. If it will trigger the building alarm, we will leave it to the guards and the management to push more sanctions and fees to our wayward guests.
