Welcome to the McKinney Haus - our newly renovated single story 1920s home. We are just 1 block from the McKinney Historic Square. A few minutes walk to all the shops, dining, library, Farmer's Market, and Finch park. Location cannot be beat.

We designed our home with the goal to make it light and airy, filled with warm tones, for a minimalistic yet comfortable vibe. We cannot wait to share our home with you.

The space
Great for larger groups as there are 2 living spaces that are separated. One is in front of the house and one in the back overlooking the backyard.

Bedroom 1: 2 Twin beds
Bedroom 2: King Bed
Bedroom 3: King Bed with Ensuite bathroom
Living room: Full size sofa bed
Living room 2: Full size sofa bed

Bathrooms:
- Ensuite with shower and double sink
- Hallway bathroom with tub and double sink
- Hallway half bath
All toiletries are from Public Goods.

Other Amenities:
- 2 hair dryers (under bathroom sink cabinets)
- Iron and ironing board (full size)
- High-speed internet access
- Variety of family-friendly board games

Laundry room:
- Brand new washer and dryer.
- Cleaning pods available for convenience.
- First Aid kit

Kitchen:
- Fridge (with filtered water), gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, convection oven / air fryer, coffee maker, electric water kettle, pots, pans, cooking utensils
- Dinnerware, utensils, mugs, cups
- Cutting boards, knife block, mixing bowls, measuring cups, wine opener, pizza cutter, and serving utensils.
- Coffee: Ninja Pods and Grounds maker that can brew both pods and coffee grounds. We will have coffee pods and tea bags available.
- Kid friendly dinnerware, high chair
- Fire extinguisher

Backyard:
- Fenced backyard with a covered patio with plenty of seating for outdoor dining and lounging.
- Gas grill, with backup propane tank

Parking:
- The driveway can fit 1 car. There is plenty of free street parking. On weekends the street parking does get busy, but weekdays are quite empty.

Guest access
You will have the full house to yourself, with access to the driveway, and the fenced backyard patio.
