You'll have the entire second-floor condo to yourself. Private entrance, private lanai, and full use of all amenities inside the unit. The building has a shared BBQ area, on-site laundry room, and free designated parking. The beach is directly in front of the property with no roads to cross.
Other things to note
This is a 30-night minimum stay. The west side of O'ahu is about 45-60 minutes from Waikiki and the airport, but that distance is what keeps it uncrowded and authentic. A rental car is recommended. The building is a small, quiet residential complex. Surf can be big in winter months (October through April), which is amazing to watch but swimming conditions vary by season. Summer months are calm and perfect for swimming and snorkeling.
