Being on the ground floor, the apartment visually extends outwards towards the expansive gardens and the lake, offering a sense of spaciousness and freedom that higher floors lack. Neighborhood highlights

Fractionation is very safe and pleasant ! It is very close to the Isla Shopping Center, Mundo Imperial and several seafood restaurants, my favorites are La Jaiba Locca ( before arriving at La Isla ) and El Sirenito ( behind Walt Mart ). You can not miss visiting 100% Natural in front of the entrance to Vidata/Mayan ! In addition to the restaurants on the Island and others on Blvd of Nations ! To buy pantry and spirits I recommend more “Chedraui” passing the Island !
