Situated in the heart of downtown Naga City, our two-bedroom, one-bathroom condo unit is a cozy escape for travelers, couples or families seeking a relaxing getaway. . 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦💞

This space is perfect for couples, families, or groups of 5–6 guests. If guests prefer not to share the queen-size bed and double bunk bed in the bedroom, an extra mattress is provided, and they may also opt to sleep on the couch in the living room.

★ LIVING SPACES: Living room with a comfortable sofa and a 55" Smart TV (with complimentary access to Netflix and YouTube). Free Wi-Fi is also provided.

★ KITCHEN : Stocked with essential condiments for cooking, our kitchen features an electric stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave, ample kitchen cabinets, and a set of kitchenware.

★ DINING : Dining area with seating for 4 persons.

★ BEDROOM: Cozy room with a queen-sized bed and a double-deck bunk bed, featuring six soft pillows, a warm blanket, and a comforter, complemented by two 0.5 HP air conditioning units for your comfort.

★ BATHROOM: Enjoy a cozy bathroom with hot and cold water options. The sleek sliding glass partition keeps water where it belongs and ensures a non-slip surface. As a thoughtful touch, we provide a soft microfiber towel along with body liquid soap, shampoo, and conditioner for our guests' complete comfort and convenience.

★ PARKING AREA: Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis along Misericordia and Blumentritt St.

For secured parking, we can arrange it for an additional nightly fee.

★ OUTDOOR AREA: With city views, and a playground on the roof deck.

** While we appreciate furry friends, but at the moment, we're not equipped to accommodate them. We appreciate your understanding.

**Parking options include street parking and parking in front of the building along Misericordia St. and Blumentritt St., both of which are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

** In the event of an unexpected power outage, the building has a backup generator that provides temporary power to essential appliances in the unit. Only selected outlets will remain powered during this time.
