Desirable high floor condo in the stylish Waikiki neighborhood located next to the Hilton Hawaiian Village and beautiful Lagoon. Just 15 min drive from the Honolulu Airport, close to many restaurants, food trucks and local attractions.

Direct access to the famous Duke Kahanamoku beach without having to cross busy streets. My space is perfect to relax or work remotely!

The space

- dining area and a compact lanai with the mountains and the city view
- fully equipped kitchen with an oven, electric tea kettle, Nespresso coffee maker with starter pods, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, cookware.

Guests will be provided with shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, laundry and dish detergent, towels, linens, beach chairs.

The new updated laundry room is located on the 8th floor. Note that washer and dryer can be used through the PayRange app.

- 17.75% TA/OTAT/GE taxes are included in your payment.

Upon arrival, you will be provided with a code for a smart lock. The apartment is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so relax and make yourself at home.

Other things to note
Although my building doesn’t have a swimming pool, it’s one of the few buildings in the area with a direct access to the beach without crossing any streets!

Due to the convenient central location of the space, some noise from the street, music, pool, or restaurant patio areas is possible from the surrounding area. Noise levels are typically minimal. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 7:00am.

No parties or unauthorized guests are allowed. Security is present onsite 24/7. Please don't rearrange or move any furniture.

Building maintenance occasionally conducts air conditioning services, water shutdowns, pest control etc, and may need to enter the condo at a minimum disturbance. Any updates for these items will be posted in the residential elevators.
