Cozy loft studio designed for digital nomads and long stays in Da Nang. The sleeping area is on a mezzanine loft (1.8m), while the downstairs space includes a workspace, small kitchen, frige and private bathroom. Fast WiFi and a comfortable desk perfect for remote work. The area is near Da Nang University of Science and Technology, one of the largest public universities in Da Nang. It’s lively and convenient, with plenty of food options just steps away. A WinMart is right at the beginning of the street, and a laundry service is just three houses away.
The neighborhood is very quiet at night, as locals tend to go to bed early. During the day, there may be some traffic noise during peak hours.
It’s close to a local beach (about 2 km away) and Hoa Khanh Market (about 1 km away). MM mart (1,3km). From here, you can easily visit Ba Na Hills, Hai Van Pass, Mikazuki Water Park, and a bit farther away, Nui Than Tai Hot Springs Park.
You can also enjoy a peaceful work-and-relax environment, waking up to birdsong every morning, as the house is next to the university area with lots of greenery.
On the rooftop, there are hammocks, a swing, and greenery. You can come up here to watch the sunrise or just relax.
