- Living & Dining Area (Ground Floor): A large, air-conditioned open space featuring a comfortable sofa, a huge Smart TV for your movie nights, and a dining table perfect for family meals or working.
- Bedrooms: Clean, minimal, and fully air-conditioned. We offer comfortable beds (both double and twin bed setups available), clothing racks, and dedicated desk/mirror corners for getting ready or remote work.
- Outdoor Kitchen & Laundry Area: A highly functional open-air back zone equipped with a washing machine, microwave, sink counter, and ample space for drying clothes. Perfect for both short and long-term stays!
- Bathrooms: Clean and fully equipped with a hot shower and essential toiletries.
Guest access
"Guests will have full, private access to the entire townhome during their stay. Everything inside the house is completely yours to use—including all bedrooms, the living area, smart TV, kitchen amenities, washing machine, and the outdoor back zone. There are no shared spaces with other guests or the host, ensuring 100% privacy and comfort for your family or group."

"Please note that our property is a townhome with shared walls. We want you to fully enjoy your stay, have fun, and comfortably hang out with your group inside the house! However, to respect our lovely neighbors, we kindly ask that you keep the noise at a reasonable level and avoid any chaotic or loud disturbances. If you are playing music or having late-night chats indoors, please keep the doors and windows closed to minimize sound travel, and please kindly observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM. Thank you for helping us maintain a great relationship with our neighborhood!"
