Welcome to Villa MariVital, a stylish modern home in the gated Eco Residence La Colline - one of Albufeira’s most peaceful and eco-friendly residential areas. Built in 2022, the villa features a private heated pool (available on request), bright interiors, fast WiFi, air-conditioning in all rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for families or relaxed groups who value comfort, convenience, and sustainable living.

The space
Villa MariVital is one of eight villas in this exclusive eco-residential condominium. It accommodates up to 9 guests and offers an airy, modern design with solar-powered water heating, Class A air-conditioning, and an eco-friendly ventilation system.

Pool heating to 25°C is available at 40 EUR per night.
Can be booked for the full stay and requires 24–48 hours’ notice.

For larger groups or multi-family stays, we also manage additional nearby luxury villas within the same condominium, which may be available separately upon request.

Very quiet central location, just a few min walk to the old town. The old town is full of great restaurants, cafes, and nightlife. With 2 large supermarkets nearby (2 min walk). Just over 10 min walk to the iconic Pria Do Peneco beach. One of the most beautiful beaches in all of the Algarve.
