The space
The unique space is spacious enough for 4 guests. The apartment's modern, yet historic features will set the perfect backdrop for your stay. Kitchen and essentials are fully stocked for your convenience. And to complete the ultimate state of bliss, the apartment features balcony doors that can be opened up to soak in fresh air and enjoy the breathtaking views of Old San Juan. In addition, there is an indoor patio area that is shared amongst the three apartments of One-FiftySeven that can be used by all guests.

Guest access
You will be provided a unique entry code that gives both access to the main entrance to the building and the individual apartment. Everything is keyless.

Other things to note
When leaving the apartment, please close all windows/doors to avoid overrunning the AC. Additionally, Old San Juan is known for its pigeon population, so you would also avoid any incidents.

We want you to enjoy your vacation and feel at home, but out of respect to our neighbors and in compliance with Airbnb’s policy, quiet hours are in effect from 10pm to 8am. During these hours, loud and excessive noises must be kept to a minimum. Violation of this rule may result in being reported to airbnb or a fine. Please be mindful of your neighbors at all times.

Just a heads up, we are constantly making improvements in our properties. The photos of your listing are accurate in terms of this being the unit you are booking. The space, layout, living room, and bed distributions are the same. There may be a few minor changes in relation to small decoration items and/or furniture. We may have needed to change something if it was damaged or stained. If any furniture was in fact changed, it is an improvement of what you see in the photos.
