Welcome to a MARé property in beautiful Fort Lauderdale, right around the corner from quiet white sand beaches. Original artwork, vintage furnishings, original terrazzo flooring, custom kitchens and bathrooms, unique glass block and retro tile in the bathrooms and kitchens bring you back to a different time.

The space
Our property is geared towards longer term stays with a 30-night minimum on all units, ensuring a community feel. With only four units in total, privacy is enhanced and access to amenities and shared spaces is relaxed. This property features a jacuzzi hot tub, lounge deck, and various sitting areas throughout the property. Steps from the beach. Right across the street from a Publix supermarket, as well as various dining options within walking distance such as Mastro's on the water.

Guest access
Apt 2 has a private sitting area in front of the unit. All other exterior spaces are shared with the 4 units.
One parking spot is allotted for this unit at the front of the building.
Laundry is included with stay and shared with one other unit.

Other things to note
One small pet (under 15 lbs) allowed with prior approval. Larger pets are allowed in Apt 3, please inquire.

30 night minimum stays only.

Government issued ID required at time of check-in.

A note on amenities: we provide bed linens, towels, and basic kitchen supplies. We provide some initial shampoo, body wash, soap, toilet paper, cleaning products, and laundry detergent but do not replenish these supplies throughout your stay.

We have Samsung Smart TV's in each room and guests are able to input their own app and subscription login. We don't provide cable TV.
