Our 4/3 Beautiful 2 Story Home is in Marathon Fl. Located in the middle of the Florida Keys at MM53 which makes the rest of the Keys with-in reach. It is on a deep-water channel on the Gulf side with 75’ of dockage. The 11x22 saltwater private pool is located in the backyard. Has heating and cooling capabilities for $150/week.

The space
The unit has 2 sets of concrete stairs, one located in the front parking area and the other in the rear for easy access to dock and grilling area. There is plenty of off road parking on the right side and under the house. Davits are not for renter use.

Upstairs is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house with luxury vinyl floors thru-out. There is a 10’ x 38’ screened porch across the rear facing the water for relaxing and watching sunsets with balconies on each side. The spacious master bedroom has a King bed and printer with High Speed Internet connections, the #2 bedroom has a Queen bed and the #3 bedroom has 2-Double beds, all 3 have plenty of closet space. Each bedroom has its own thermostat control! The Laundry room is located upstairs with Washer/Dryer & Large Freezer. The Living/Dining/Kitchen area is very spacious and well equipped. There is a 55” Smart TV with plenty of channels to choose from for any goof-off days

New May 2024!! Downstairs is a 1 bedroom 1 bath "apartment" with full kitchenette, dutch style air-fyer, microwave, full size washer & dryer and fridge/freezer. Spacious living area and bedroom. Perfect for mixing drinks directly off the pool deck. Or, storing your fishing gear in some conditioned space. Private carport and entrance. Space will NOT be rented separate.

There are two nice boat ramps with in a mile of the house for your convenience. Also Fine and casual dining close by.

Guest access
The entire property is accessible to guests, the downstairs storage room remains locked for owner use.

Other things to note
The house is cooled using a min-split system. Each Bedroom has its own thermostat control. The main living area has 2 thermostats and is recommended they stay on the same desired setting.
