One bedroom suite apartment, two bathrooms, completely renovated. Illuminated, in a very quiet area (essentially residential) but close to neighborhood shops and restaurants. The apartment is also close to Nova Business School, St' Julian's School, and Close to the Orthopaedic Hospital of cascais
Beach is a short walk away and there is a train station not to far away either.

Quiet residential area next to a pine forest park. In the pine forest has a playground for children up to 12 years old and gym equipment distributed by a race running track.
Flat is located 6 minutes walking distance from Carcavelos beach, 12 minutes from Carcavelos train station. Next to local commerce with supermarket and shopping center and next to the area of bars and restaurants.
Apartment is also very close (20min walking distance) to NOVA BUSINESS SCHOOL and best orthopedic hospital in area (6min) and also from private Clinics (CLINICA EUROPA - 7min).
