The Vale House is a quiet converted stable yard and offers 5 newly developed flexible & stylish lodges which can be booked as a whole or individually.
We offer super comfy beds, professionally laundered bedding, free wifi, private bathrooms, flat screen tvs and hospitality trays in each room.

The space
These boutique bedrooms are set in a converted stable yard. Although the buildings date back as far as 1895, the rooms have been recently created and contain everything you'll need for a pleasant stay including flat screen tv, wifi and tea and coffee making facilities.

Maple Lodge boasts two bright and airy bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and traditional painted beams.

Bedroom one has a comfortable double sleigh bed with hospitality tray, bathroom with shower to the rear and seating area at the window with bar stools to enjoy a hot drink.

Bedroom two is a spacious room with two single beds, a dressing table, mini pine wardrobe, large mirror and stool.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire private lodge.

Other things to note
The main house is our family home so we will be on site. The accommodation is in our quiet courtyard to the back of The Vale House. Although there is some external lighting we advise you bring a torch if you are planning on visiting the local village and pubs of an evening. Please respect our quiet times.
If you are looking to be noisy or have a large drink gathering then this is not for you, please book somewhere else.
If you don't want to follow the rules, then please book somewhere else.
If you are a bride or groom looking to get ready here for your special day and are staying with us then you will need for venue hire....not individual booked lodges.

Findon is a semi-rural clustered village and civil parish in the Arun District of West Sussex, 4 miles north of Worthing.
There are 4 pubs local to us within a short walk in either direction.
We are also located closely to Cissbury Barns, Long Furlong Bans and Findon Place for wedding accommodation.
To the west of us is High Salvington with its Grade 11 post mill beautifully restored and is in full working order.
