House a few meters from Marina beach,ample walled and safe land in a quiet neighborhood. Residence with two suites on the lower floor, both with air conditioning,bathroom, American kitchen and living room. Upstairs home office space and large suite with balcony and sea view. In the same backyard we have another attached house with a suite without beds and a bedroom with a single bed. Still outside there is another kitchen with dining room next to one of the house barbecues

Our house is in the Marina neighborhood, a very quiet place for those who want to enjoy the city without having to deal with noisy neighbors and the hustle and bustle of traffic all the time!
