The space
Our wonderful Leelawadee pool villa has 3 bedrooms with a huge garden area. Enjoy doing laps any time of the year in the 13m heated pool, or simply sit back and relax in the jacuzzi.
Head upstairs to the rooftop terrace where you have lovely views over the neighbouring banana fields. Enjoy a yakiniku style BBQ we have built into the rooftop table. The perfect location for a sundowner evening.
The living room has a large corner sofa where you can relax all day and night in front of an 85" Smart TV. We have an inbuilt Denon surround sound system so watching movies and playing music is a wonderful experience.
The master bedroom has a large walk in wardrobe with dressing area to do your hair and make up and a king sized bed. There is also an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and bath tub. Doors open directly onto the terrace & garden area. Watch Netflix from your bed on the 50" Smart TV.
The second bedroom also opens directly onto the terrace with a queen sized bed. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the main living area and has a walk in shower.
The third bedroom has an en suite bathroom with walk in shower and a queen sized bed. You can watch Netflix from bed on the Smart TV.
A car or scooter is recommended for the villa as there is very little within walking distance in the area. A free shuttle bus is offered 4 times a day to take you to the BluPort & Market Village shopping malls. Details will be provided upon check in.
Gardening is done 6 times a week, Monday - Saturday. Pool cleaning is done twice a week, Monday and Thursday.
Villa cleaning is provided upon check in and check out. If you would like more regular cleaning let us know and we can arrange at an additional cost.
The villa boasts a huge 720 mtr land plot and 193mtr of indoor space with an additional 40sq mtr of outdoor covered terrace.
Along side the private space there are also large communal gardens with a lap pool and BBQ area which can be booked upon request at a small fee to the community directly.
This is our home that we are renting out whilst we are out of the country so we appreciate that anyone renting the villa will take care of it as if it were there own. Due to this and recent bad experiences we will only accept requests from guests who have at least 5 good reviews on their profile.
If you wish to bring a dog please let us know in advance, but you must have at least 2 good reviews that mention the cleanliness of the pet. We love dogs and travel extensively with ours, but unfortunately due to past experiences accepting dogs, we can only accept if your reviews mention the behaviour and cleanliness of the dog.
*Electricity & water is included on a fair usage policy. Solar panels are installed at the property to reduce electricity bills so bills up to 200 baht per night are included in the rate. Anything above this is payable by the guest at check out.
**A pool heater is available if the temperature is too cold. An additional charge of 3,000 baht will be incurred if you wish to utilise the pool heater due to the additional electricity cost. We require at least 48 hours notice if you would like the pool to be heated for your arrival.
***CCTV cameras are installed on the property which face out to the communal areas and cover the entrance to the villa and out over the back garden for security purposes.

Other things to note
The pool is open so children need to be supervised at all times. We will not be held responsible for any accidents that occur in the pool.
CCTV cameras are located on the property facing outwards towards the communal area for safety on the villa entrance, and the back garden.
