A beautiful, luxurious and newly renovated apartment located within a 2-minute walk from the Picasso Museum , and the exquisite Roman Amphitheater . With direct access to a communal patio, this one bedroom apartment is situated in the very heart of Malaga historical center, yet in a very peaceful and quite pedestrian street. This jewel is fully equipped with everything you need to make your Malaga trip as pleasant as possible.

The space
The cathedral, Lario’s Street and all Malaga’s top restaurants are at your doorsteps. This luxurious flat it retains its original architectural futures and character displaying beautiful wood work and natural stones throughout. With high ceilings and windows all around, and located on the ground floor, the apartment features a large bedroom with a queen size bed, wardrobe and vanity desk; a living room with a big sofa-bed and flat screen TV, a beautiful decorated bathroom with a walk-in shower; and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with an island and modern bar stools for your enjoyment.
