this is a two-level house where we stayed on the top floor. Good place to work remotely. 5min walk to the beach and close to busstop for 3 lines going into Malaga centre within 15mins. We didn't need a car at all. A wonderful place with a great, responsive host.

We loved this place in Malaga. It was exactly as described and was a great location to walk everywhere. Appreciated the super comfy bed and quiet bedroom. Laura was helpful and responsive and we were able to check in a bit earlier which was fabulous. Thanks Laura we definitely recommend.

Very welcoming host. Somewhat worn apartment, but in a super nice location - us it didn't matter that the fixtures are old, worn and the hole. The rooftop terrace is great to have, but the table is rotten, so it should be replaced within a short time. The terrace has sun pretty much all day, so it's really nice.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The location is unbeatable—perfect for exploring the region. The apartment is nice, though a bit minimal in decor. If you’re sensitive to light at night, bring an eye mask since both bedrooms have frosted glass walls. Parking is super easy and close by, which made everything convenient. The hosts were very responsive and kind, always quick to help when needed. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

The apartment meets everything, the location is the best in the middle of everything but at the same time in a street quiet enough, as to rest. It is also super complete and you can see that it was recently remodeled, since everything is new and very clean, we felt very comfortable and we found all the amenities we need and even more, the host responds quickly, they also give you suggestions of plans, the pastel cherry was that they allowed us to enter 2 before check-in time, we will definitely repeat.

This is a great place with a stunning beach view. I would recommend this place as a base if you want to travel around with a car. Bus to Malaga is just in front and you get there fairly quickly for less than 2€. Also, you have many great restaurants just a walking distance. Apartment is well equipped and has everything one might need. Diego communicated very clearly and is very responsive. We felt at home and are very pleased with this stay.

I highly recommend Adrian’ apartment! We stayed here for jan and feb 2025. Adrian and Mateo were fantastic hosts! Kind helpful responsive and informative!! The apartment is well equipped, everything worked and the location is fabulous. Short walk to the beachfront, shopping, groceries, and the train station. The bus runs right outside on the main street by the front gate. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in La Carihuela! Thank you Adrian for sharing your home with us. After 13 years on Airbnb this is one of the very best places I have ever stayed at. We moved here with a last minute booking because the apartment we were staying at in Marbella had a construction site next door. What a relief to arrive at the Oakhill Penthouse! We’ve enjoyed perfect peace, a beautiful environment and a fabulous flat with great facilities. The flat is so warm (it’s February) and spacious and comfortable and the two terraces are amazing. Marco was a great host and fixed a small problem with the Jacuzzi immediately. We will be returning for sure.

Jack's place is perfectly located on the Paseo Marítimo in Fuengirola, and gives you unobstructed gorgeous views of the Mediterranean from the balcony leading into the living room and the master bedroom through a separate door. It's right in the middle of things in Fuengirola, with tons to do from shopping, restaurants, bars, recreation, water sports, etc., etc. The town if laid back, casual and comfortable, and yet offers some excellent Spanish Mediterranean cuisine along the Paseo. Really, a great location for adults and families alike, and Jack's place is super comfortable, well-appointed, and a perfect base of operations for enjoying the Costa del Sol. We're looking forward to returning soon! Outstanding property and host!

I loved the plase, as it exceeded my expectations. Well equipped, not far from the beach, but in a quite residential place. I would highly recommend this place to silo travellers.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment over the Christmas break! The location is lovely—right by the beach, which was perfect for our two boys who had a blast playing in the sand and exploring. The views from the apartment are beautiful, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect getaway. We also enjoyed the coastal walkway, which stretches all the way into Marbella. It’s a lovely walk with gorgeous views, though our little ones did get tired halfway through! The area has some great restaurants, so we never had to go far for a delicious meal. The host was very welcoming, and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. Everything was easy and straightforward, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The flat was really well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for a family holiday—highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway!

Had a great time! Maria was very responsive whenever I had questions, and very accommodating with requests I had. The apartment was lovely, the views from the balconies were amazing and the neighborhood is quiet and safe! Be prepared for a lot of uphill/incline walking when getting back on foot to the apartment 😅 In all, had a wonderful experience.

The location is good. Private small garden is very nice. Were visited by some cats which kept us company. Parking was easy (in November). Evening sun. A big plus for us was how this place has everything. Even a nutcracker. Also there were shampoo, sunscreen etc. Lots of spices for cooking, which we did a lot. Dishwasher. Clothes washer. More: board games. A book. TV which was brand new. Three air conditioned/heaters which were all in perfect condition. I could go on. The sofa is a real sofa not just a convertible bed, so it’s reasonably comfy. The «fully stocked» complete home is what we like the best, having used professional hosts (companies) for our lady stays, and in those cases it’s always very empty. In Sandra’s place there were even three ice cream cones in the freezer. Overall it’s a very functional place. Although the interior is a bit bare (not very cozy). But this is personal preference One thing to be aware of is the cancellation policy which is not very flexible

Excellent location, the apartment did not disappoint - amazing views from the 13th floor balcony. After walking around the lovely coastline for 45 mins to the harbour we found a 5 min walk to the harbour the next day! Excellent all around - was lovely to be able to spend time with friends in a “home” environment rather than going back to our respective hotel rooms - would definitely return. We had booked the apartment for 4 nights and felt totally comfortable from the first moment 😊 The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom could be completely darkened with the shade, so nothing stood in the way of a restful sleep. We particularly liked the fact that everything is very new and the apartment offers plenty of space. Also, the location was great! Right next door is a supermarket and you are within about 10 minutes' walk in the middle of the historic center of Malaga. Communication with the host was very pleasant and she usually responded within a very short time. We can recommend the place with a clear conscience and will book it again should we be in the city again 😊
