Welcome to Maja Chalets in the heart of the Eifel – here you can expect the unique feeling of being at home in the mountains! A former horse stable, converted into living space with new construction in chalet style.

The old-wood chalet can accommodate 10 people. Fireplace, sauna and hot tub - all with panoramic views.
Whether you are traveling as a family, with friends or even with your four-legged family members – everyone is welcome here. Experience together, remember forever!

The space
Our vacation home is not only a place of relaxation, but also ideal for nature and hunting lovers who may even want to welcome one or two wild visitors to the surrounding meadows. For dogs, we have completely fenced in one of 2 large meadows in our garden. Thus, we guarantee a relaxing time for dog lovers and a great outlet for our furry friends. :)
Our panoramic sauna and our hot tub invite you to simply switch off from everyday life and spend your time on vacation with a little wellness. There is also a feeling of warmth and coziness in the house through the fireplace!
There is something for every taste! ☺️

Guest access
Spend time together with family and friends. In the morning, enjoy a coffee in the large kitchen and catch the sun's rays while lingering at the kitchen island or on the balcony with panoramic views. Enjoy cozy evenings by the fireplace or a sauna in the evening and then enjoy the view into the distance in the hot tub.
There are also 2 swings that will not only delight the little guests. :)

The cities of Prüm and Trier as well as the proximity to Belgium and Luxembourg open up a wide range of excursion destinations and cultural discoveries. Hi there! :) My name is Janine and together with my husband Max we rent out our cottage in the Eifel near Prüm. The old wood chalet has room for up to 10-12 people. Families and friends can spend time there together, in the large kitchen, in front of the fireplace or relaxing in the sauna and hot tub with panoramic views.
