Maine State Of Mind is located less than half a mile from all that downtown Kannapolis has to offer! From family dining to nightlife, Cannon Ballers baseball games, and breweries, you wont be without something fun to do! As an avid traveler I have designed our home to bring guests to a relaxing state, elements of Maine remind guests how simple and cozy life can be. New construction with fresh clean furnishings and everything you could need, you'll settle right in for a relaxing stay!

Maine State Of Mind offers an open floorplan where the family can gather for dinner or a game night, while having plenty of space to spread out and settle into one of many relaxing areas in and around our home.
Upon arrival you'll open the front door with a simple smart lock using the last four digits of your phone number. You'll enter into the family room which offers a larger comfy couch, separate workspace, and 55" TV for movie nights! The kitchen offers plenty of space for the chef of the group and is equipped with any cooking utensil we could think of! The dining area boasts a long heart of pine dining table, perfect for a large group or family to gather around at meal time.
Bedrooms are equipped with sound machines and nightlights if you'd like to use them, and are designed to welcome you into a calm oasis during your stay. Fresh, soft linens are on each bed, with comfy pillows and blankets all around!
Bathrooms are fully stocked with big, comfy towels and essential toiletries for our guests to use. We've also placed compact step stools in each bathroom for our little guests!
The laundry room offers a drop zone for shoes and bags, and leads to the back yard oasis!
On the back deck you'll find comfortable lounge furniture for evening gatherings or daytime reading. The patio offers an outdoor dining set and gas grill for those at home grilling nights. In the spacious fenced yard, you'll find a storage building which has plenty of outdoor life size games to enjoy!

~3 minutes to Village Park where Kannapolis hosts national recording artists regularly. Please check the Kannapolis Parks and Rec Website for their line up. Village Park also offers an amazing playground complete with two story carousel (only one on the East coast), and miniature train! Christmas lights shows, weekly events, and many other offerings make this park the place to go!
With plenty to do in the area, you can enjoy outings, or stay home and get comfy!
