This house is a three levels-style solar powered home, with an apartment being in the basement, but has its own entrance, separate from the main living quarters. Booking this listing you WILL NOT have the apartment. You will have the top two levels with its own kitchen, laundry, livingroom, two bathrooms, a loft and 3 queen bedrooms w/ Queen beds. The property is located in Fairburn, GA, 20 mins from the downtown & 12 mins from the Atlanta International Airport. No parties or gathering of 8+

The space
Our Airbnb location is set up for personal and business accommodations. Whether you are on a personal or business trip, our place is right for you. Our Airbnb property has adapted to the business traveler by offering amenities found in business class hotels such as: Wi-Fi, workspace, printer access, clean linens, towels and hairdryers, ease of booking, self check-in and flexible cancellation. Our place gives business travelers more options when they’re on the road for work. The entire house is powered by solar panels.



The home is positioned on a quiet & secluded street along with several other homes. Additionally, the home does offer parking for 2 mini to mid-sized vehicles. There is also a security system included. A binder will be in the apartment providing you with restaurant, gym, shopping, and event recommendations; Police, fire, hospital, pharmacy, & Urgent Care numbers and locations; Rules for home usage; Directions for mid-city Atlanta, and a number of other special touches. All I ask is that you treat the home with respect.


Our airbnb is a 3bedroom home with its own beautifully lighted entrance. The has a basement apartment; however, the base apartment is not included in this listing. There is a double oven in the kitchen and there are also two full bathrooms available in home.

Upon booking the entire place, guest can enjoy the main area of this home, which includes; 3 queen size bedrooms, kitchen with double oven, laundry, living room area, bar area, and the beautiful deck. Sorry, there is a master room in home, but during stay it will locked and vacant.

- Make any night a romantic one with flowers in the room while you are out or before you check in.

- Money and time is very important, let us take the worry off you; request breakfast one or all days that you are there.

- We can pick you up or drop you off at the airport. It's very easy to setup.
