Spacious loving room with flatscreen smart TV, large comfy sofa & plenty of seating.

Full dining area with large dining table.

Two airy bedrooms with French doors, two full baths, (Master has bathtub & shower)

Fully equipped kitchen. Lots of outdoor space; patios, chaise lounge, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor kitchen with grill.

DOGS are welcome with a small pet fee! Yard is fenced. (We recommend keeping a close eye on them though, there are coyotes in the neighborhood)

Mellow laid back area, with both locals and vacationers. Very close to the entrance to Joshua Tree National Park. A 3 minute drive or a 20 minute walk to the main drag. Quiet residential area, please be respectfull of neighbors

Hi, I'm Katelyn. My husband James and I live full time in Venice, CA and part time in Joshua Tree. We started frequently visiting the hight desert during the pandemic to escape the crowds in LA, and fell in love with the area. We spent over a year fixing up and designing our dream vacation home in the desert. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
