Spacious loving room with flatscreen smart TV, large comfy sofa & plenty of seating.

Fully equipped kitchen. Lots of outdoor space; patios, chaise lounge, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor kitchen with grill.

Mellow laid back area, with both locals and vacationers. Very close to the entrance to Joshua Tree National Park. A 3 minute drive or a 20 minute walk to the main drag. Quiet residential area, please be respectfull of neighbors

Hi, I'm Katelyn. My husband James and I live full time in Venice, CA and part time in Joshua Tree. We started frequently visiting the hight desert during the pandemic to escape the crowds in LA, and fell in love with the area.
