Discover our 2-bedroom earth home in San Luis, nestled 35 mins from Uvita and 45 mins from San Isidro. Crafted consciously, it boasts artistic touches and sustainable design. The property hosts a bamboo yoga shala, heated pool, hot tub, infrared sauna, and a permaculture farm offering farm-fresh eggs and greenhouse delights as well as a private river swimming hole.

PLEASE READ *We are remote on a dirt road* 4x4 is required to get to the property and to and from beaches, waterfalls, markets.

The space
This house has a waterfall view of the San Luis waterfall and is a two story house with a living room downstairs with a large sofa that can double as two twin beds, a full kitchen and outdoor patio and dining space. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a king a full balcony overlooking the waterfall and one with bunk bed queens which is set up with one queen and one twin. The two upstairs rooms share a bathroom.

The property is located on a farm with shared access to a swimming pool, hot tub and infared red light Clearlight sauna. There is also a sustainably designed greenhouse and garden and farm fresh eggs for the guests to enjoy as well as many farm animals such as chickens, goats, sheep, ducks and turkeys.

The property is nestled 900 meters or 3000 ft above sea level form Uvita, making it comfortably cool all year round. Rainy season is particularly wet up here and the roads require 4x4. We are remote and there is a 20 minute dirt road you should be prepared to drive on, we are not responsible for your transportation.

Uvita and main attractions are easily accessible or retreat from all of that and utilize the Yoga space and spa.

PLEASE READ: We are very rural - 35 minutes away from grocery store and restaurants. Please be comfortable driving a 4x4 car on dirt roads, and plan to arrive in the daylight. Please pick up anything you will need in advance of check in. If you check in after 9pm we cannot be responsible for support.
