🙏 GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire magical home, situated in the secure gated community of Paradise Palm Resort.
🅿️ PARKING: Free parking is available for 1 vehicle on the private driveway. Free street parking is available if required.
👩💻 WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the First suite.
🙋♀️ FAMILY: Orlando vacations are all about family, so we’ve got you covered with plenty of amenities for little ones, including a Pack ‘n Play, a high chair, baby bath, baby monitor, changing table, and plenty of books, toys, and games!
🏊♀️ POOL HEATING: Guests have the option to enhance their stay by requesting the private pool to be heated at an additional fee. If you are interested, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
🐶 PETS: We have a no-pet policy.

Other things to note
⏰ CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door. Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out time is 10am.
🎥 SECURITY CAMERAS: A “ring doorbell” camera is located at the entrance. There are no cameras internally or in the backyard.
🚭 NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE: Our home is smoke-free, including the outside area. Smoking of any substance, including vaping, is not allowed. Any signs of smoking will result in the additional fines for any damage incurred.
🚫 NO PARTIES: Parties are strictly prohibited. The host of the party could face fines if the police receive a call for any form of disturbance. You are responsible for any noise violations incurred during your stay.
🔕 QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours operate between 10pm - 8am. Please note that this is also Paradise Palm Resort's policy.
💥 REPORT DAMAGE IMMEDIATELY: We understand that accidents can happen. If you break anything, please let us know immediately. If it's minor, we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (like damage to the TV or themed decor), we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any disagreements further down the line.
