Private entry upper level home-like apartment. 3 bedrooms, 2 private full bathrooms, 2 work spaces, kitchenette, living room, game room, screened in porch. Close to Historic Uptown Shelby, Don Gibson Theater, Keeter Stadium, Earl Scruggs Center, Shelby City Park, Foothills Farmers Market and other attractions. Local restaurants are within walking distance. Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC) is 37 miles by US-74W.

The space
Guest can use the upstairs apartment and upstairs porch.

Guest access
Guess has access to a screened in porch outside through the living room door.
The emergency exit stairs can be accessed from the upstairs porch. There is a second set of emergency exit stairs that leads to the rear of the house and a small porch. Guess are welcome to sit on the porch. Please use additional parking in the rear of the house if you will have more than 2 cars.
