Welcome to the enchanting “Maahi Pool Villa”, a brand new retreat nestled amidst the serene embrace of majestic mountain views. This exquisite villa embodies the quintessential charm of Santorini with its mesmerizing blue and white themed design, offering a harmonious blend of tranquility and luxury.

The space
The villa is situated within a secure and exclusive gated community. It’s about 1.5 hour drive from Bangalore.
The property graciously accommodates a diverse range of guests, making it an optimal choice for an array of occasions. From expansive gatherings of families and large groups to intimate retreats for couples and friends, the villa's versatile charm ensures that every guest finds their perfect escape.

Guest access
The entire villa can be used by guests under one reservation. Property is not shared by other guests.

Other things to note
Minimum Guest requirement - For all weekends (Fridays and Saturdays), we need a minimum of 8 guests to accept the booking.

Holiday Season and New years - For dates between 19th Dec, 2025 and 3rd Jan, 2025 we need a minimum of 8 guests.

Airbnb doesn’t limit the reservations not meeting the minimum guest requirement. However the reservation may be cancelled later.

Food Options:
1. We have a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, stove, microwave and refrigerator.
2. You can order food through Swiggy. There are a few options available.
3. We have a caterer within the community who can deliver food on a pre order basis for extra cost. The contact will be shared post booking.
4. There are a few restaurants and cafés within 10-15 min drive


Pet guidelines:
1) Pets are NOT allowed inside the pool
2) Dogs have to be taken out frequently for potty. They cannot relieve themselves inside the property NOT even in the outdoor area.
3) Hopefully they do not damage anything inside the house, but if they do, the expense has to be borne by the guest
4) If the dogs shed too much hair, guests are responsible to clean up (especially on furnitures) or
