Mavila is tucked inside a new private gated community in Quivira Los Cabos, Casa Amigos offers the comfort and privacy of an upscale condo while letting you enjoy the perks of a luxury resort.


Our 2BR/2BA beautifully furnished, single-story unit on the ground level (no stairs-fully accessible), comes with everything you’ll need for your stay featuring the following amenities:

* Open Concept Living & Dining Room, great for entertaining! Super Comfortable Living area with Smart TV. The Kitchen is fully equipped with Refrigerator, Induction Range, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher and Coffee Maker

* The Primary Bedroom with King size bed is nicely decorated and has its own private bathroom with closet space and a Smart TV

* The Second bedroom with King size bed is also nicely decorated and has its own adjacent bathroom/closet and a Smart TV

* Washer & Dryer combo unit in the laundry room

* High Speed internet connection (150mbps)

* WIFI and Smart TVs. We do not have cable, so you can use your Netflix or other streaming services

* Housekeeping is available with an extra fee (please inquire)

* Our guests are welcome to use the BBQ grill in the pool area (advance reservations are required and there is a cleaning fee to be paid separately)

* Swimming pool and a nice hot tub with jets for your relaxation!

* Mavila Community has an onsite Gym for your workout needs

* Reserve located within the Quivira community provides access to hiking and biking trails

* The Mavila Community has a shuttle traveling between the Jacarandas gate to the Via de Lerry gate, stopping at the following intermediate points: (Jacarandas Gate, Mavila, Copala, Coronado, Quivira Golf Course, Pueblo Bonito Pacífica Hotel Lobby, La Choya Food Truck, Amakiri Botanical Garden, Pueblo Bonito Sunset Hotel Lobby, The Market, Montecristo, Vía de Lerry Gate. The vehicle has capacity for 11 passengers and operates 6 days a week (day off varies) starting at 10:00 a.m., the last service will be at 5:30 p.m., and the service will end at 6:00 p.m. Reservations are required with the QuiviraConcierge. **This service is provided by the Community& HOA and we do not control and are not responsible for any changes, delays or unexpected situations caused by it

* UBER is not allowed into the community for pick-ups, however it is allowed for drop-offs if you take an UBER from in town

* TAXIS are available to be called but only accept cash payments

* GOLF CARTS are available for rent (Consult Concierge for details)

* We strongly suggest RENTING A CAR to get around the easiest way
