Your cosy private room with lock & AC is part of a 3-story villa designed for comfort & productivity. The place has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living & dining areas and dedicated working spaces with desks & monitors.
What sets the Luzia House apart are its multiple sunlit terraces & lush garden, providing the perfect spots to enjoy the sun throughout the entire day.

The space
The house consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms in total. There might be other guests staying.

Your private room shares a bathroom with a maximum of one or two other guests - all respectful, clean, and tidy. The shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, coworking spaces, gardens, and terraces. The house’s layout allows for plenty of personal space, even with others around.
