Your sunny private room with lock & AC is part of a 3-story villa designed for comfort & productivity. The place has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable outdoor, living & dining areas and dedicated working spaces.
What sets the Luzia House apart are its multiple sunlit terraces & lush garden, providing the perfect spots to enjoy the sun throughout the entire day :)

The house consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms in total.

Your private room comes with its own balcony. The shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, coworking spaces, gardens, and terraces. The house's layout allows for plenty of personal space, even with other guests around.
