Sleeps 14-16. - 4 King bed rooms, 1 bunk room (4 large twins, 1 smaller to fit 5'9 comfortably, 6ft snug) room , 1 full/full/twin bunk room for - 11 total beds. You can sleep 15 adults and more kiddos (with the top, tiny bunk in the upper bunk room and sleeping 2 kiddos in the full beds in the lower bunk room - max would add 3 kiddos to the 15 larger body beds)
We are local and have 24/7 property management that can assist you as needed.
