Our thoughtfully designed, well-furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is just steps away from everything you'll need and love about GL.

Stroll barely 4 minutes (300m) to sink your toes in the sand at Boulevard Beach or grab fresh fish and produce at the local market. The best carinderias, coffeeshops, and the local grocer are all just a block or two away, and the main strip with all the bars and restaurants is only a 10-minute walk.

We are very centrally located, but it's still nice & quiet!

The space
Our cozy 2-bedroom house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a double-bed pull-out option, perfect for 4-6 guests (or up to 8 maximum if you want to squeeze in on a budget), and both bedrooms have storage space and hangers for your clothes.

The house comes equipped with high-speed Fiber WiFi ready for your use.

-- Room 2 has a spacious en-suite bathroom with hot shower, toilet and sink
-- Second smaller bathroom in the living area with shower and toilet
-- All bathrooms are furnished with towels, soap, conditioner, and body wash

The kitchen is compact but practical and comes completely equipped with:

-- Rice cooker and induction stove
-- Hot water heater
-- Pots, pans, utensils and dishes
-- 2-door refrigerator

Adjoining the kitchen and dining table is a small living area with a sofa, water dispenser and a small karaoke machine for entertainment.

PLEASE NOTE that we do not have a generator, but we have 2 rechargeable fans with lights in case of a power cut/brownout.

Also, we’ve done everything we can keep the property closed off in order to prevent mosquitoes and insects getting in, but being located on an island in the tropics, there will be the occasional insect around!

The house is also on a quiet side road, but there may occasionally be loud motorbikes driving by, or dogs/chickens making noise from neighbouring houses (as is with most island neighbourhoods in the Philippines).

- Tag, the most reliable local grocer in GL
- Centerpoint Internet Cafe, if you need anything printed
- Barna, for imported goodies, wines, and liquor

A 4-minute walk from:
- The Boulevard, come for sunsets, beach strolls, and restaurant hopping
- The Local Market, get your fresh fish, poultry, and produce!
- TP's Food House, guaranteed one of the best carinderias in GL! Get pan de coco just beside it.

10-15 minute walk from the main GL strip where the bars and restaurants are.

Cloud 9 is a 10-15 minute drive.
The Sunset Bridge is 15-20 minutes away.
