With our river access you can spend your days swimming, fishing, Kayaking, tubing or just relaxing on our large patio while enjoying the amazing views of the river. Our home is centrally located between Spokane & Coeur d 'Alene & only 1.5 miles from parks, restaurants & bars located in the charming town of Post Falls. You will appreciate the privacy of this home and it's convenient location.

Explore the Centennial Trail, which runs just behind the house, using our 2 adult bikes and 1 child bike. A scenic, flat 1.5-mile ride leads you to local parks, restaurants, bars, and a brewery. You’re also just minutes from golf courses, frisbee golf, and hiking trails.

Guest access
You will have the whole home to yourself, garage access not available. Private fenced yard and river access trail. Please be respectful of neighbor as to not park in front of their home.

Damages or lost items exceeding the deposit will be billed to the guest and reported to Airbnb

No early check-in or late check-out without prior approval
Do not climb down the hillside
