Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house during their stay.
Note:
Bedroom 1: Included in the regular rate for 2 guests.
Bedroom 2: Can be opened upon request or if you have more than 2 guests in Bedroom 1. An additional fee applies.
All amenities, and facilities are available for your use.
We kindly ask guests to treat the house and all items with care, as you would your own home, to help us keep the space comfortable and welcoming for everyone.

• Access is limited to registered guests only
• Any damage or loss may be subject to additional charges

House Reminders
A gentle guide to help keep our space cozy and comfortable for everyone.
- General House
• Strictly no smoking inside the house.
• Please turn off lights, fans, and other appliances when not in use.
• Please unplug any wires or appliances when not in use. (Except Refrigerator)
• Close windows when the AC is on.
• Quiet hours: 9PM – 6AM.
• Remove shoes when entering bedrooms or carpeted areas.
• Please keep doors closed and locked at all times (for your safety too!).
• Please report any spills or damages right away — things happen, and early notice helps!
Bathroom Reminder
Please:
• Dispose of tissue and sanitary items in the trash bin.
• Keep the floor as dry as possible to avoid slipping.
• Turn off the faucet and shower properly after use.
• Kindly switch off the heater after using it.
• Leave the bathroom tidy for the next guest.
• Garbage collection is every Monday & Thursday. Please place all trash in the outdoor bin.
Mini Pool Reminder
• The portable mini pool can be used once a day.
• If you’d like to use it again the same day, please do not empty the water.
• Handle with care to keep it safe and in good condition.
• Make sure the pool is emptied and stored properly after use.
Kitchen & Dining Reminder
Please:
• Wash dishes after use — clean as you go.
• Wipe countertops and dining surfaces after preparing food.
• Return plates, glasses, and utensils to their proper place.
• Keep the sink free of dirty dishes.
• Dispose of food scraps and trash in the proper bin.
• Make sure the stove, appliances, and faucet are turned off after use.
• Garbage collection is every Monday & Thursday. Please place all trash in the outdoor bin.
