You’re about 10–15 minutes from major attractions like Acrisure Stadium, PNC Park, and the North Shore, with quick access to shopping, restaurants, and everyday essentials nearby. With convenient access to major roadways and public transportation just a 2-minute walk away, getting around is simple whether you’re driving or not.


The living room features a modular sectional that converts into a queen bed, a 55” smart TV, cozy blankets, an air purifier, a portable air conditioner and a dedicated laptop workspace—perfect for both relaxing and working remotely.

The bathroom includes a tub/shower combo stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with fresh towels, Q-tips, and a blow dryer.

Bedroom 1 offers a 40” smart TV, full-length mirror, nightstands with built-in chargers, a luggage rack, a window a/c unit and a closet.
